We source and purchase PU flexible trim foam from all over the world for processing in Malaysia. We also do supply some of these trim foam to other rebond foam factories.

Types of trim foam we are interested in :-

PU flexible trim foam. This are very clean trim foam which comes from off cuts, trimmings and defective foam blocks from PU foam manufacturers and foam converters.

These grades of trim foam could either be PU flexible, NBR/PVC or other soft foam compound. It can either be big or small cell foam.

For any of the above grades mentioned, we do need to see some samples before making any purchase decisions.

The rebond foam is mainly supplied to our clients in the mattress and furniture industries.
